Worked on the left and right HS - Deburred HS601PP, HS702PP, HS603PP, HS706, HS708, HS405, HS404, and HS707 for the right HS. Deburred right side of HS710 and HS714. The picture to the right shows me dimpling HS702PP with the pneumatic squeezer. The squeezer really makes it easy and fast. Dimpled the flanges for HS405, HS404, HS707, HS603, HS708, HS706, and HS702 for both the left and right HS.

Worked on the left and right HS - This is a picture of the end of the HS706 rib. This end of the rib is too narrow to get the squeezer yoke between the flanges, so I used my pop rivet dimple dies to dimple the two holes on the end. You can see the dies on each side of the flange with a finishing nail through them. The pop rivet gun will pull on the nail and squeeze the flange between the dies. It does not take that much pressure to form the dimple, so use care not to break the nail.

Worked on the left and right HS - Here is a picture of the pop rivet gun with the dies squeezed together. It really is a handy tool!

Started on the rudder - First I removed the hard edges from VS808PP so it would not scratch the rear rudder spar and then I clecoed VS808PP and the rudder hinge brackets to the rear rudder spar.
