My first SOLO - As you can see there couldn't have been a more perfect day to SOLO. It was cold but severe clear. I SOLOed at Lehigh Valley International Airport (ABE). I did my first 20 hours of instruction at Braden Airport (N43) and then moved over to Ace Pilot Training at ABE to finish my training. My instructor at ACE was Matt Kemp. Matt is an OU grad but I don't hold that against him. He really made me a good pilot. If you are looking for a good flight school in this area I recommend ACE. Just ask for Gus.
