Went to see Wayne Halbsgut and his RV-7A Project - This is Wayne and his son Justin standing next the fuselage of their RV-7A. Wayne lives in Perkasie, PA which is about a 45 minute drive from our place. He has about 2 years in on his project and is also buiding in his basement. My wife and I really had a great time visting with them and Wayne was graceous enough to give us some riveting practice along with a tool clinic. It made us realize riveting is really not that difficult, but just takes some practice. Thanks Wayne and Justin!

Went to see Wayne Halbsgut and his RV-7A Project - Here is a full view of Wayne's fuselage. He is just doing a test fit at this point and will do final assembly in the garage. This is the big drawback to basement building...the fuselage is too big to get out of the basement once it is completed.
