Wing Rear Spar Work - Same
deal for W707EL. This is a shot after W707EL
has been drilled to W706AL and I marked the
cutout on W707EL for the aileron pushrod.

Wing Rear Spar Work - Drilled
the top flange holes on W706AL to #30,
deburred the holes on both sides, and dimpled
the holes. This would normally be done
after the top flange holes had been match
drilled to the wing skin, but the yoke
for the squeezer wouldn't get in there
to dimple the holes after the rear spar
reinforcment fork (W707G) is riveted to
the spar...which comes first in the plans.

Wing Rear Spar Work - Edge prepped the aileron
pushrod hole in W706AL and cut and edge prepped the aileron
pushrod hole in W707EL. It came out real nice! I also fabbed
a 0.032" plate with a #8 screw hole and dimple in preparation
for countersinking the tank attach holes on the main spars
(not shown).
