the nutplates on the top flange of W706R.

Main Spar Work -
Remove one cleco and insert a rivet in each
hole. Putting both clecoes in first lines up the
nutplates for riveting. Squeeze the first rivet,
remove the remaining clecos, squeeze the second rivet.
