Edge Prep on the Wing Ribs
- The fourth part in the process is to edge
prep the relief holes on the leading edges of the leading
edge ribs. You can't get to the inside edges shown
in the pitcure with the bench grinders and the arbor
discs, so I do them by hand with a small piece of the
P240 Emery cloth. At this point I also hit the tooling
holes with the deburring bit.

Edge Prep on the Wing Ribs - The
last step is to finish the edge prep in the lightening
holes in the webs with the die grinder. I used the 1"
scotch brite wheels to do this. You can see the one on
the bottom is well worn. This method works well.
